Answers To Your SimpleSchedule Questions.
Without any hold time.
Great question! First off, yes, you can create calendar events for free without using SimpleSchedule. The benefit that SimpleSchedule provides is to streamline the scheduling process. Most notably, it will:
Allow you to look up customers from your Google Contacts
Help you choose an agent that is qualified for the task and not already booked
Ask a standard set of questions that you create, guaranteeing that the correct questions are presented for each event type during scheduling
Create a calendar event with all relevant details automatically added, reducing keystrokes & human error
Automatically invite agents to scheduled events, reducing missed appointments from a forgotten invite or miscommunication
Give you the option to add the customer to that calendar event which provides a professional and transparent appointment confirmation
Allow you to see if the customer has accepted the event if you invite them
Standardize a color scheme across agents so you can visualize how busy each agent is when looking at the Google Calendar
SimpleSchedule offers a generous free tier that allows for 50 free calendar submissions per month, plus other benefits.
Many small businesses should be able to use SimpleSchedule totally for free!
As your business grows and your usage exceeds the free tier, then we have two paid options to choose from, both which have low, straightforward monthly pricing.
Sure! Usage is measured by Google Account, so you can have one team account that multiple people log into to use SimpleSchedule. All activity that they generate will count toward that account's total usage.
SimpleSchedule is set up on a per Google Account basis, so each account would need to be set up individually. Features are not shared between accounts.
We will be amazed if you are able to hit a limit, as the Unlimited account is only bound by Google limitations. Please let us know if you do!
All aspects of the app are designed to be able to handle heavy volume, so have at it.
Of course! Once you become a subscriber you will have access to a billing portal (found on your Upgrade page). In the portal you can:
Upgrade / downgrade / cancel your plan
Change your payment information
View your billing history
View invoices and receipts
We get it. You can cancel at any time.
When you cancel, your subscription will terminate at the end of the month. You will still have access to all features until that time. Your Upgrade page will reflect the day that your account will cancel, and so will the billing portal.
If you are a seasonal business, you can cancel after your peak season, and then resubscribe again when you are ready.
You won't lose any data when you cancel an account, you just lose the quotas that paid accounts have. That means that you won't lose your agents, event types, or custom questions, but you won't be able to add any new ones.
