SimpleSchedule Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what information SimpleSchedule collects, why it collects it, how that data is used, and how you can delete it.
SimpleSchedule is a an add-on for Google Calendar™ that does the following:
Allows you to create a configuration of your event types, agents, and custom questions to streamline your workflow during scheduling
Retrieves user's Google Contacts™ to populate a dropdown when searching for customers or to create agents
Guides the user through the scheduling process, making use of that configuration
Creates a calendar event on the user's default Google Calendar™, with all agents invited to that event, and gives the user the option to invite the customer to that event as well
This add-on is tightly integrated to your Google account. When installing the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace, you will be prompted to authorize a few scopes to your Google account. Those authorizations will only be used to perform the service you are requesting from the add-on you have installed.
To remove the ability of the add-on to access to your Google account, you must uninstall the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace. At any time, you can delete your account within the add-on which will remove all associated user data completely and irreversibly (see “User Account Deletion”).
Add-ons are created and powered by Google Apps Script, on Google servers.
Information gathered by SimpleSchedule will never be sold or shared to external 3rd parties. When we need to store data outside of your Google account, we use Firebase™, a serverless database developed by Google, so your data never leaves Google servers. We only store data in Firebase™ which is absolutely necessary to provide you the service offered by this add-on. Most data collected by this add-on is directly processed within Google Apps Script and is not saved in any external database.
SimpleSchedule's use of information received, and transfer of information to any other app received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.
All users wishing to delete all of their their data can do so within the app. This will remove all associated user data completely and irreversibly. In the app, navigate to Account >> Danger Zone >> Delete Account >> [type in email address] >> Delete Account.
SimpleSchedule will only access and store data that is absolutely necessary for the add-on to run correctly. If you wish to stop using our service, and have already deleted your data within the app if desired, simply follow the steps below to uninstall SimpleSchedule from your Google account:
Go to the Google Workspace Marketplace Manage apps page
Next to SimpleSchedule, click the three vertical dots menu icon
From the drop down menu, click Uninstall
Uninstalling SimpleSchedule will interrupt all the add-on's functionality and activities on your Google account.
When you install SimpleSchedule, you will be asked for the following scopes (shown in the image on the left) to be authorized. Each will be explained in detail below:
Google Cloud™ access:
SimpleSchedule needs access to Google Cloud™ to retrieve your email address and access internal database credentials.
No aspect of your Google Cloud data is deleted by SimpleSchedule
Google Contacts™ access:
SimpleSchedule accesses your Google Contacts™ to build a dropdown list when you are searching for a customer or agent.
SimpleSchedule will create a new contact based on your input fields only if you ask it to do so.
No Google Contacts™ will ever deleted by SimpleSchedule.
Google Calendar™ access:
SimpleSchedule creates events on your Google Calendar™ using the inputs that you give it.
SimpleSchedule does not delete any Google Calendar™ events or data.
External Service access:
SimpleSchedule connects to Firebase™, a Google affiliated database, to store and retrieve information required for the add-on to run correctly.
SimpleSchedule connects to Stripe, a payment processing company for those who wish to upgrade to a paid account.
Country, language, and timezone:
SimpleSchedule connects with your profile to obtain your timezone and format dates and calendar times according to your local timezone.

SimpleSchedule stores the following data:
Your Google account profile information
Anonymous usage statistics directly related to your usage of the add-on
SimpleSchedule does NOT store the following data:
SimpleSchedule does not store any of your Google Contact™ data
SimpleSchedule does not store any of the content provided to populate the agents, event types, custom questions, or content provided by the user to create each calendar event except for the event title. Those items are stored locally within the user's account and are not sent to any external database.
SimpleSchedule will only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
SimpleSchedule may change this policy from time to time by updating this page.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the SimpleSchedule Add-On (the "Service") operated by Next Level Web Apps LLC ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Usage
By using this Add-on you agree to abide by all guidelines set forth by the services that it interacts with. Those include, but are not limited to, the Google Workspace Acceptable Use Policy.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual recurring basis. There are no full or partial refunds for early cancellation. If payment is not made when it is due upon each renewal then the subscription is terminated immediately.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
